Assuming you make the phone call and you decide to have counselling, the standard procedure is to meet once a week, usually at the same time. Some clients decide they would like to meet twice a week to make quicker progress.
 
Each session lasts for 50 minutes and appointments can be made most weekdays and evenings.
 
Each session is £45. Alternatively, you can pay £120 for a block of three sessions but you can decide on this at the end of a session.
 
I am based at 34 West George Street. The easiest way to find me is to go to Buchanan Street Underground Station and walk to Queens Street Station. Number 34 is the last entrance on the left. Please come to the 4rth floor where you will find the waiting area in The Consulting Rooms.
